OVERSEAS:
- Colissimo international: 6 to 8 working days
EUROPE:
- Colissimo: 3 to 8 working days
INTERNATIONAL:
- Colissimo international: 8 to 15 working days
We are not responsible for the disappearance of packages after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package is declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case.
For deliveries to a relay point, the package must be checked before signature.
After the customer's signature, no complaints will be possible.
For certain international destinations, customs fees may be applied upon receipt of your order.
RETURNS
To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: client@klose-jewelry.com to inform us of your return and obtain the necessary information. Without this email, your return cannot be accepted. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Our teams will check the condition of the jewelry before proceeding with a potential refund. Earrings / piercings are not subject to a possible return for hygiene reasons. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, we reimburse the buyer for the full amount paid. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Jewelry must be intact, unworn and returned in its original packaging. so that they can be re-sold as new.

Whatever the reason for your return, we recommend the tracked letter or Colissimo to confirm receipt of your return at our warehouse.
Please note: As mentioned in our general conditions of sale, sales during sales periods, ephemeral items (Advent calendar) or other commercial offers are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
